Pan Roasted chicken before it goes in the oven.

I used this recipe but my mushrooms had gone bad so I subbed with chickpeas and added red peppers. Also I didnt have rosemary so I just used something labeled “Greek” spices and am thinking it will turn out all right. I’ll serve with Rice and it should be pretty good.

I’ve been eating out a lot lately, going out with friends (some for the last time before I relocate) so I need to get back to eating at home and eating healthy.

The date font is FrankRuehl
I want the side portions to be affixed statically and be predominately black and the middle portion to be dynamic and scroll.

Hey everyone, Karma Shafieh (who is awesome) has a tumblr now (which is great). So everyone should follow her on tumblr and make her feel welcome.

technology has come so far since the times of my xpage and xanga. ive been too swept up with facebook to explore the more expressive possiblities! i had high hopes for flickr but unless you pay money you have a tight limit of images you can upload, whereas facebook is unlimited, so i quickly became disinterested.
